This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience and a strong academic background in Commerce (M.Com). You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our restaurant partners' staff across various operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess training needs of restaurant staff and identify skill gaps.

Design and develop comprehensive training modules covering areas like customer service, operational efficiency, food safety, and sales techniques.

Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning content.

Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure training programs align with business objectives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in hospitality training.
