Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join our Corporate team in Pune as a Healthcare & Life Sciences - Other specialist. This role will focus on leveraging insights and strategies to support the company's engagement and understanding within the broader healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, despite our core industry being Iron & Steel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of research, policy, and stakeholder engagement, with a Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis on trends, challenges, and opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences sectors that may intersect with our business operations or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and life sciences industry, including regulatory bodies, research institutions, and NGOs.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate strategies related to healthcare initiatives and life sciences engagement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and policy briefs on relevant healthcare and life sciences topics for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and policy developments impacting the healthcare and life sciences landscape in India.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of corporate objectives with external healthcare and life sciences engagements.
- Support the development of proposals and project plans for new initiatives or partnerships in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
