We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented High Performance Analyst to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong analytical aptitude and a desire to contribute to operational efficiency within the pulp and paper manufacturing sector. You will work closely with the production and quality control teams to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, driving improvements in output and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and collect data on production processes, machine performance, and quality control metrics.
Assist in analyzing performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to performance analysis.
Collaborate with operational staff to gather feedback and ensure data accuracy.
