Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Histotechnologist with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate looking to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment within the consumer sector. You will be responsible for preparing tissue samples for microscopic examination, ensuring high-quality results to support product development and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the grossing and embedding of tissue samples.
Perform tissue processing, including fixation, dehydration, clearing, and infiltration.
Cut tissue sections using a microtome and mount them on slides.
Stain tissue sections using various histological stains (e.g., H&E, special stains) to highlight cellular structures.
Ensure proper labeling and organization of slides and blocks.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to tissue processing and staining.
Contribute to quality control procedures within the histology lab.
