We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Histotechnologist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The Histotechnologist will play a crucial role in supporting our research and development initiatives within the electrical equipment sector by preparing biological samples for microscopic examination. This position requires a strong understanding of tissue processing techniques and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a corporate research environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tissue samples for microscopic analysis, ensuring proper fixation, embedding, and sectioning.
Perform routine staining procedures (e.g., H&E, special stains) to highlight cellular structures.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microtomes, tissue processors, and staining machines.
Ensure accurate labeling and organization of all prepared slides and samples.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to tissue processing and staining.
Maintain detailed records of all procedures and results.
Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures.
Collaborate with researchers and other team members to support project objectives.
