Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Hospital Administrator with 1-2 years of experience to support the efficient operation of our healthcare facilities in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospital management principles and financial acumen, ideally gained through an M.Com degree. This role will involve assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth patient flow, and contributing to the financial health of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily hospital operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record keeping.
- Support the finance and accounting functions, including billing, claims processing, and budget tracking, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in procurement of medical supplies and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to operational efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare reports on operational and financial performance as required.
