Hotel / General Manager - NBFC Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Hotel / General Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee operations at our corporate guest house in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring a comfortable and efficient stay for our visiting executives and clients, aligning with the standards expected in the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate guest house, including accommodation, F&B, and housekeeping.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train guest house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory of supplies and amenities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with administrative departments for guest arrivals and departures, and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Maintain records of expenses, occupancy, and other operational data.
- Plan and organize small events or meetings hosted at the guest house.
