Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Housekeeping & Laundry Associate with 0-2 years of experience, ideally with a background in M.Des, to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for maintaining the pristine condition of our facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our employees and visitors. While the M.Des background might seem unconventional, we value individuals with a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and an innovative approach to problem-solving, which are transferable skills beneficial in optimizing housekeeping and laundry operations and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all designated areas, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and production facilities.

Perform regular dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitization of surfaces.

Manage laundry services for company uniforms, linens, and other textile items, ensuring they are cleaned, pressed, and stored properly.

Ensure proper stocking and replenishment of cleaning supplies and amenities.

Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the supervisor.

Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards and regulations.

Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas for cleaning and laundry supplies.

Contribute to creating an organized and visually appealing work environment, leveraging any relevant design thinking from M.Des education.
