Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor at Havells India Ltd. (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to oversee housekeeping operations at our Bangalore facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and management skills, honed through their LLM studies, to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, supplies, and cleaning schedules, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and motivation.

Oversee the inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify areas requiring cleaning and maintenance, and ensure high standards are met.

Coordinate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and inventory.

Handle any guest or employee complaints related to housekeeping services efficiently and professionally.

Implement and monitor waste management and recycling programs.
