Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical HR Analyst with 1-2 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our team in Indore. The HR Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by providing data-driven insights, analyzing HR metrics, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, compensation, recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
- Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
