Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional with a B.Pharma background to join our team as an HR Business Advisory - Other. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience looking to contribute to the HR function within the dynamic FMCG sector. You will work closely with business leaders to provide HR support and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Business Partners in implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Contribute to employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Help manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement and retention programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
- Provide support for performance management cycles.
- Leverage your B.Pharma understanding to contribute insights on employee well-being and health-related initiatives within the workplace.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics.
