Human Resources Consultant Job Opportunity - Analytics / KPO / Research (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and consulting services to various business units within our Analytics and KPO operations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, with a focus on driving positive employee experiences and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Develop and implement HR programs and strategies to support talent development, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct HR-related training and workshops for employees and managers.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, assess effectiveness of HR programs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and relevant legislation within the Indian context.
