We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Consultant with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical background, preferably with an MCA degree, who are looking to leverage their technical understanding in an HR domain within the insurance sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.

Support talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, with a focus on leveraging technology and data analytics.

Contribute to HR data management and reporting, utilizing HRIS and other systems to generate insightful analytics for decision-making.

Participate in employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and learning & development programs.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to special HR projects.

Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and relevant labor laws, particularly within the financial services and insurance industry.
