Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant national and state-level regulations pertaining to healthcare, diagnostics, and financial services.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on regulatory changes impacting the imaging and diagnostics sector.
- Assist in drafting and vetting tender documents, service level agreements (SLAs), and other legal correspondence.
