Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with a legal background (LLB) and 1-2 years of experience to join our Imaging & Diagnostics team in Mangalore. This role will focus on ensuring compliance and managing contractual aspects related to imaging and diagnostic services within clinical research projects. You will play a crucial role in supporting the operational and legal framework of our diagnostic endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret clinical trial protocols pertaining to imaging and diagnostic procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts and agreements with imaging vendors, diagnostic laboratories, and other third-party service providers.
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable), and other relevant legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (clinical operations, regulatory affairs, legal) to address any legal or contractual queries related to imaging and diagnostics.
Maintain accurate documentation and records pertaining to contracts, vendor qualifications, and regulatory submissions.
Support the identification and mitigation of risks associated with imaging and diagnostic services.
Assist in ensuring that all imaging and diagnostic activities adhere to study-specific requirements and company SOPs.
