Import & Export - Other - Full-Time Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Import & Export Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in international trade within the vibrant Indian pulp and paper industry. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth execution of import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and contributing to the efficiency of our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in processing import and export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of goods.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Research and stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements specific to paper products.
- Prepare reports on import/export activities, costs, and timelines.
- Liaise with various departments (procurement, sales, logistics) to facilitate smooth international transactions.
- Identify and address potential issues or delays in the import/export process.
- Support in managing vendor and customer relationships involved in international trade.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to import and export operations.
