Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Import & Export Professional with an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in managing import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and optimizing logistical processes for our consumer electronics and appliances business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other external agencies to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track shipments, proactively identify and resolve any logistical issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, trade policies, and international trade laws.
• Prepare and analyze import/export data, generate reports on shipping costs, transit times, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the negotiation of freight rates and service agreements with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, procurement, sales) to understand product requirements and delivery schedules.
