Instructional Designer - Import & Export (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Instructional Designer with 2-3 years of experience, holding a Master's degree in Design (M.Des), to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees, focusing on the import and export domain. Your expertise will be crucial in creating training materials that enhance understanding of global trade regulations, supply chain logistics, and digital tools used in the import/export business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and performance support tools, tailored for the import and export industry.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and engaging learning content.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive exercises that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia technologies to produce high-quality learning materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data, and make necessary revisions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and the import/export industry.
