The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of insurance processes within the NBFC sector. This role involves managing and executing daily insurance operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the efficiency of our insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage insurance policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.

Verify and validate policy documentation and customer information for accuracy and completeness.

Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies and claims, providing timely and accurate resolutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, underwriting, claims) to ensure smooth operational flow.

Maintain accurate records of all insurance operations in the company's systems.

Assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics related to insurance operations.

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all operational activities.

Identify and suggest improvements to existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
