Insurance Operations Manager - Corporate (Jaipur)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Manager to join our corporate team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in insurance operations who possesses strong organizational skills and a proactive approach. You will be responsible for overseeing daily insurance operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent service delivery for our employees and business units within the textile and apparel sector. A Graduation Not Required background is welcome, as we value practical experience and a commitment to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and brokers to ensure optimal policy coverage and terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies, claims, and related documentation.
- Assist in the review and renewal of corporate insurance policies.
- Communicate insurance-related information and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to insurance.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs within the insurance function.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on insurance-related queries.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on insurance matters.
