Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Interaction Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences within the Oil & Gas industry. You will be responsible for designing and prototyping user interfaces for our internal and external applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Apply design thinking principles to solve user problems and improve product usability.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
