Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing / Planning Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving. This role involves supporting our clients' billing and planning operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and processing of client invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing rates and service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for billing and planning purposes.

Monitor and analyze billing trends and discrepancies, escalating issues as needed.

Support the planning and scheduling of resources to meet client requirements and project timelines.

Maintain accurate records of billing and planning activities.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the billing and planning functions.
