This role is crucial for maintaining optimal stock levels of raw materials, finished goods, and agricultural inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records of all agricultural inputs, equipment, and finished products.

Implement and manage inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical stock-takes.

Monitor stock levels and reorder points, coordinating with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage, spoilage, and obsolescence, especially for perishable agricultural goods.

Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize space utilization and workflow.

Support in implementing and managing inventory management software and systems.
