Investment Banking Analyst - Corporate (Thiruvananthapuram)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Investment Banking Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our Corporate Finance team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution, with a keen interest in the agribusiness sector. This role is crucial in supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives, M&A activities, and fundraising efforts within the agriculture, forestry, and fishing industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory mandates for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Develop complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analysis, to support valuation and transaction structuring.
- Conduct in-depth industry research and market analysis to identify investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Perform due diligence and financial analysis on target companies and investment opportunities.
- Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development activities.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting the agribusiness sector in India.
