Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC team as an Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial operations and strategic growth initiatives within India's leading ed-tech company. You will support senior team members in analyzing investment opportunities, financial modeling, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analysis, and investment memorandums.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment targets and trends.
- Support due diligence processes for potential transactions.
- Help in the preparation of presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
- Analyze financial statements and other relevant data to assess company performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support ongoing projects.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in reporting.
