Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical professional with 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, with a keen interest in the leather industry. This role will involve supporting strategic financial initiatives, deal origination, execution, and portfolio management, contributing to the company's growth and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for potential investments and strategic partnerships.
Assist in due diligence processes, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial statement review.
Support deal execution, including drafting term sheets, investment memorandums, and transaction agreements.
Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments and portfolio companies.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic planning and corporate finance initiatives.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors.
