Investor Relations Officer - Electrical Equipment (Noida) - 2-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations Officer with 2-3 years of experience, holding an LLB degree, to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our company's relationship with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, corporate governance, and excellent communication skills to articulate the company's strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, quarterly and annual reports, and investor presentations.
- Support the Investor Relations team in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to the electrical equipment sector.
- Respond to investor and analyst queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
- Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website.
- Draft press releases and other corporate communications related to financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Support in managing relationships with institutional investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the company's investor relations strategy.
