IT Operations Management - 1-2 Yrs (Delhi)

We are seeking a motivated IT Operations Management professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our manufacturing and production facility in Delhi. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to contribute to the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and security software.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Participate in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and procurement.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
