IT Operations Management (1-2 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated IT Operations Management professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing the IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all technological systems critical to BYJU'S educational services. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and endpoints.
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of IT systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Contribute to IT asset management, including inventory tracking and lifecycle management.
- Support the implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on operational improvements and project implementations.
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry best practices.
