Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Lead with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT project management principles and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, enabling them to effectively manage projects with a keen eye on financial implications and business value. This role is crucial for driving the successful execution of IT initiatives within our FMCG operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and marketing, to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful integration of third-party solutions.
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
- Apply financial acumen gained from an M.Com degree to budget management, cost analysis, and ROI assessment for IT projects.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and process improvements.
