This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing essential technical assistance to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates.
• Document IT procedures, solutions, and common issues.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex technical issues and projects.
