Junior 2nd Engineer (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior 2nd Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role will involve supporting engineering operations, contributing to process improvements, and assisting in strategic decision-making within our Iron & Steel division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business principles combined with an aptitude for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects and operational activities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and threats.
Develop and present business cases for process improvements and new technology adoption.
Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and propose cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales) to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project status, performance metrics, and market trends.
Support the implementation of quality control and safety standards.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements.
