This role is responsible for providing technical support and service for our pharmaceutical products post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and product efficacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience to gain practical experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests related to product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct basic diagnostics and perform minor repairs on pharmaceutical equipment or devices as per standard operating procedures.
- Document all service activities, customer interactions, and repair outcomes accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, Quality Assurance) to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide feedback on product performance and potential areas for improvement based on customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in the training of new service personnel on product-specific issues and repair techniques.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables for service operations.
