Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Air Traffic Controller with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial for managing and coordinating the flow of air traffic within our entertainment-related operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage air traffic movements within designated airspace for entertainment events and productions.

Communicate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and other relevant personnel.

Utilize radar and navigation systems to track aircraft and ensure safe separation.

Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate procedures.

Maintain accurate logs and records of air traffic operations.

Collaborate with event organizers and production teams to optimize air traffic schedules.

Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
