Junior Bar Manager (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Bar Manager with a Master of Design (M.Des) background to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience looking to leverage their design thinking and operational skills to enhance our campus experience and manage our on-campus bar/cafeteria services. You will be instrumental in creating an engaging and functional environment, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring a positive experience for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative design concepts for the bar/cafeteria space to enhance ambiance and functionality.

Manage daily operations of the bar/cafeteria, including inventory, procurement, and vendor management.

Oversee staff training and performance, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Create and manage menus, considering student preferences, dietary needs, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams on event planning and catering for campus activities.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
