Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates for blue-collar positions through various channels, including job boards, local recruitment drives, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a timely recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of recruitment activities.

Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates, including documentation and pre-employment checks.

Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Learn and adhere to company recruitment policies and procedures.
