Teaching Assistant - Accounting / Auditing (Indore) - 1-2 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to support our internal training and development programs within the Accounting and Auditing domain. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, delivery, and administration of training sessions, helping to foster a strong learning environment for our employees in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior trainers in developing training materials, presentations, and case studies related to accounting standards, auditing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the delivery of training sessions, including setting up A/V equipment, managing participant lists, and facilitating Q&A sessions.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and assessments, providing constructive feedback to trainees.
- Maintain training records, track participant progress, and generate reports on training effectiveness.
- Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in accounting and auditing to inform training content.
- Provide one-on-one support to trainees requiring additional assistance.
- Collaborate with the HR and L&D teams to schedule training sessions and manage logistics.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date and align with current industry standards and company policies.
