Product Manager - Loans - Accounting / Auditing (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with 3-4 years of experience, holding an MCA degree, to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining, developing, and launching innovative loan products within our accounting and auditing software suite. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our loan management features are intuitive, efficient, and meet the evolving demands of our corporate clients in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the corporate loan management space.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and detailed requirements for new loan-related features and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
- Gather customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and future development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
