This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc degree and 1-3 years of experience who is eager to contribute to business intelligence and process improvement within the consumer electronics and appliances industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
- Support the development of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations or updates.
- Help in creating process flowcharts and documentation.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis.
