Junior Choreographer (Nasik)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Choreographer to join our manufacturing and production team in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic industrial setting. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing assembly line processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement in workflow and layout.
- Develop and document new choreography plans for assembly lines, considering human-machine interaction and safety protocols.
- Utilize data analysis and computational thinking (skills acquired through MCA) to model and simulate production sequences.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement choreographed processes.
- Train assembly line workers on new procedures and ensure adherence to choreographed steps.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented choreography and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of process changes and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during the implementation of choreography.
