We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction / Site Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities and retail spaces, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and a keen eye for detail, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Supervise on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor work progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies on site.
• Maintain daily logs and reports, documenting progress, challenges, and resource utilization.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability.
• Support the Senior Site Supervisor in managing project documentation and administrative tasks.
