Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a talented Junior Game Developer / Programmer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our innovative team. This role will involve developing and implementing game-like simulations and interactive training modules for our oil and gas operations. You will contribute to creating engaging and effective digital solutions that enhance learning and operational efficiency within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test interactive simulations and game-based training applications using industry-standard game engines.

Implement game logic, user interfaces, and interactive elements for various training and visualization projects.

Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex oil and gas concepts into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Optimize application performance for smooth and responsive user interactions.

Integrate simulations with existing learning management systems or data platforms.

Assist in the documentation of technical designs, code, and user guides.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in game development and their potential applications in the Oil & Gas industry.
