Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Hardware and Networks professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our IT team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a foundational understanding of hardware infrastructure, network components, and troubleshooting. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail and corporate IT systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and hardware functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Provide first-level support for hardware and network-related problems.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document hardware and network configurations, and support processes.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on hardware upgrades and network infrastructure projects.
- Manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
