Junior Head - Digital Marketing - Consumer Electronics & Appliances

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Head - Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a recent B.Pharma graduate with a passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in the consumer electronics and appliances industry. You will be instrumental in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives. While formal experience is not required, a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proactive approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the consumer electronics and appliances market.

Contribute to content creation and strategy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms. Prepare reports on key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Support the management of social media communities, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Learn and apply SEO/SEM best practices to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, especially within the FMCG/consumer durables sector.
