Junior Head - Quality - Clinical Research / Contract Research

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Junior Head - Quality. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in quality management within the clinical research industry. The successful candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs. While formal graduation is not a prerequisite, a strong understanding of quality principles and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in internal audits and quality control checks to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Document and track deviations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change controls.
- Support in reviewing study-related documents for quality and completeness.
- Assist in training personnel on quality standards and procedures.
- Maintain quality records and ensure their proper storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
- Stay updated with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
