Junior IT Asset Management

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Asset Management professional with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance, optimizing utilization, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role is crucial for supporting our IT infrastructure and operational efficiency within the dynamic Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining a comprehensive and accurate inventory of all IT hardware, software, and licenses.

Track the procurement, deployment, movement, and disposal of IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

Support the implementation and adherence to IT asset management policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.

Collaborate with IT support teams to manage software license compliance and renewals.

Assist in generating reports on IT asset inventory, utilization, and financial status.

Help in managing vendor relationships related to IT asset procurement and support.

Contribute to process improvements within the IT Asset Management function.
