Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Network professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Junior IT Network Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting and maintaining our company's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across our logistics network. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to build a career in network administration within the fast-paced courier and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Provide first-level support for network-related incidents and requests from end-users.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Participate in network upgrades and projects under the guidance of senior network engineers.

Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.
