Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Junior Legal Malpractice / Professional Responsibility Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join our legal team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will support the legal department in ensuring compliance with professional standards and mitigating risks associated with legal and professional conduct within our consumer electronics and appliances business. This role requires a foundational understanding of business administration and legal principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the investigation and analysis of potential legal malpractice claims and professional responsibility issues.
- Review company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and ethical standards.
- Support in drafting and maintaining internal compliance guidelines and training materials.
- Conduct preliminary research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents pertaining to professional liability.
- Monitor and report on adherence to professional codes of conduct within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve professional responsibility concerns.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of legal and professional responsibility matters.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
