Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Junior Manager with 3-4 years of experience in Retail & B2C Sales to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM degree and a proven track record in driving sales and customer acquisition within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our retail banking business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets for retail banking products and services.
- Identify and acquire new B2C customers through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
