Junior Quality Auditor / Inspector - Leather (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Auditor/Inspector with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of our leather products meet Hidesign's high standards. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for the leather industry. You will work closely with the production team to identify and rectify any quality deviations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished leather products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformities in materials and products.
- Document inspection results accurately, including detailed reports on any quality issues found.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and teams to understand product specifications and quality requirements.
- Assist in implementing quality control procedures and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
- Participate in root cause analysis of quality defects and support corrective action implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks and product traceability.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and quality control techniques in the leather sector.
